What it is: an easy-to-use, soft-tip eye liner pencil the goes on seamlessly. Our hand-crafted eye pencils do not include a smudger end cap at this time. A temporary black cap is at the end of the pencil as we wait for updated packaging from the accident that took down our facility. As a result, our pencils, normally $23, are $20. Thank You for your understanding.
